Privacy policy
What happens to information when you browse this website or prepare a project brief.
About this notice
This notice describes the Build.krd studio website and its project-planning tools. It does not describe a client’s website, a deployed business system, or services supplied under a separate project agreement.
The website currently provides information, interactive demonstrations and a tool for submitting a project brief to the private studio inbox or downloading a copy. The internal workspace is restricted to authorized studio staff. There is no public account registration, checkout or newsletter subscription.
How we handle your project brief
The brief can contain your chosen service, project goals, context, timeframe, name, email address and selected features. Draft answers stay in page memory until you choose Send project brief. Sending saves these details in the private studio database for reviewing and responding to your inquiry. Staff can add internal notes, create a client project and schedule related work. No email is sent automatically by the submission tool.
Closing the dialog does not clear the brief while the page remains open. Downloading creates a text file on your device and does not clear the form. Refreshing clears unsent draft answers; it does not delete a submitted brief from the studio database. Browser autofill, session restoration, extensions and device backups are controlled by your browser or device, not by this tool.
Downloading alone does not submit the brief. You decide whether to share the downloaded file. Once shared using email or another service, that service’s processing and any recipient’s handling of the information are separate from this local tool. Avoid including credentials, payment information, sensitive personal information or identifiable customer records.
Information needed to deliver the website
When you request a page or asset, the infrastructure delivering it receives connection information such as your IP address, request URL and time, browser request headers and response status. Referrer information may be included depending on your browser and the referring page.
This information is used to deliver content, maintain service availability, investigate faults and protect the service against abuse. The brief’s field values are not included in these page requests by the application. Ordinary website requests should not be confused with submitting the brief.
Analytics, advertising and profiling
The current application does not include analytics tags, advertising pixels, session recording, cross-site tracking or advertising profiles. The application does not sell project-brief information or use it for automated decisions. Submitted information is used for inquiry handling and project work.
Fonts and the website’s images are served as website assets. Interactive system screens contain demonstration content; they are not connected to your business accounts or records. See the cookie policy for storage and preference details.
Service providers and access
Website delivery necessarily involves the hosting and network providers serving the page. Their infrastructure may process connection and security information to operate the service. Submitted briefs are stored on the studio hosting server and are accessible to authorized studio staff through the internal workspace.
If you follow a link to another site or use an external tool to share a downloaded brief, the destination has its own privacy practices. Your browser, device and extensions can also process information independently of Build.krd.
How long information remains
Submitted briefs, project records and calendar entries remain in the private server database until the studio removes them. The operator must establish and apply its retention schedule; the application does not automatically delete these records. Unsent drafts remain in page memory. A downloaded file remains on your device until you delete it, subject to any backup or synchronization settings you use.
Hosting logs and any provider-managed security records have separate retention rules. This notice must be read alongside the confirmed hosting arrangements; it does not promise that all connection records are deleted when you close a tab.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without completing a brief, leave the planner without downloading, clear the form by refreshing, and delete downloaded files using your device’s controls. The motion control changes animation behavior; it does not give consent to tracking.
Depending on the law that applies to you and to the processing, rights may include information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and a complaint to a competent supervisory authority. These rights have conditions and exceptions. They are not waived by using the website.
Build.krd cannot retrieve, correct or delete a draft or downloaded file that exists only on your device. Submitted briefs and project records are held by the studio and can be addressed through its verified privacy contact. Any request concerning information actually held by the website operator must be directed to that operator through its verified privacy contact.
Security and children
Keep downloaded briefs secure and share only what a recipient needs. Do not put secret or sensitive material into a planning tool. No internet service or user device can be guaranteed completely secure.
The site is intended for people planning business projects, not as a service directed at children. Do not include children’s personal information in a brief.
Changes to this notice
This notice will need to change before the site adds public accounts, payment processing, analytics or other materially different uses of information. Where required, notice and a valid choice will be provided before the new processing begins. A privacy notice does not itself replace consent where consent is required.
