Terms of use
The conditions for using the Build.krd website and its project-planning tools.
What these terms cover
These terms concern access to the Build.krd website, its published materials and its interactive demonstrations. They are separate from a proposal, statement of work or service agreement for paid design, development or support.
Browsing, choosing a demonstration or downloading a brief does not place an order, reserve a delivery date, establish a service level or form a paid project agreement. Any paid engagement requires a separate agreement covering the scope, fees, responsibilities and delivery arrangements.
Using the project planner
The planner helps you organize requirements, submit an inquiry to the private studio inbox, and download a copy. Submitting does not book a consultation, send an automatic email or establish a paid project agreement. Check your details before sending.
Use information you are entitled to use. Do not include passwords, financial credentials, confidential third-party records or personal information that is unnecessary for describing the project. Protect downloaded files appropriately.
Demonstrations and published information
Dashboard figures, sample customer records, product previews, identity studies and other illustrative content are examples unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not connected to your organization’s live data and do not represent promised business results or verified client outcomes.
Guides and service descriptions provide general information. They are not a project-specific specification, binding quote, legal opinion, security certification or guarantee that a proposed integration is feasible. A separate assessment is needed for your requirements.
Content and intellectual property
Rights in original website content and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Fonts, software and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. These terms do not restrict rights expressly granted under an applicable open-source or other third-party licence.
You may view the site and keep a copy of your downloaded brief for legitimate project planning. That permission does not grant ownership of the Build.krd brand or allow you to present the site’s work as your own, imply endorsement, or redistribute protected materials beyond the permission provided by the rights holder or applicable law.
You retain rights in the material you enter into the local planner. Using it does not transfer ownership of your project idea or grant a licence to publish your brief. Ownership and licensing of paid deliverables must be agreed in a separate project contract.
Responsible use
Use the site lawfully and without interfering with others’ access.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or introduce malicious code.
- Do not overload the service, exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt infrastructure.
- Do not impersonate Build.krd, misrepresent your authority, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
- Do not extract or reuse content in a way that infringes applicable rights or restrictions. This does not prohibit activities permitted by mandatory law.
Availability and external services
The site may be changed, maintained, interrupted or withdrawn. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, access to this informational website does not include a promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular support response time.
External sites and services operate under their own terms. A link is not a warranty of their content, availability or security. Check the destination before supplying information or relying on its services.
Responsibility and mandatory protections
Check website information and sample outputs before relying on them for a business decision. Build.krd does not promise that general information or an illustrative demonstration will meet every requirement or be free of error.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights. Any allocation of responsibility for a paid project must be stated in that project’s agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
Privacy is separate from these terms
The privacy policy explains the current handling of information, and the cookie policy explains device storage. Using this site or these terms does not constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing.
Changes and disputes
Changes apply prospectively when properly brought into effect. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing paid project agreement. Mandatory law continues to apply.
Any dispute must be addressed under the law and procedures applicable to the parties and the issue. These website terms do not impose an exclusive court, arbitration requirement, or waiver of a mandatory right. A paid project agreement may set out appropriate governing-law and dispute provisions, subject to mandatory protections.
